 International American Car meeting "Jurmala 2006"
American car club of Latvia would like to inform you on upcoming International American car meeting in Latvia. The event will take place in resort town Jurmala on April 28 – 30. If you are interested to participate please send us information and if possible estimate numbers of cars and people who will eventually come so we could prepare beforehand.
Insight:
- Jurmala cruising
- car exhibition after cursing
- evening party in Nemo park with bands
- trip to Riga's Motor Museum or car show Autoexotica 2006
- possibilities for shopping in Riga, Jurmala
- knowing each other
Accommodation possibilities in a hotel or cheap alternative mass accommodation.
After reply we will send you official invitations on first days of March including full description of this event.
Jurmala is located 15km from capital of Latvia Riga.

The work is in progress.
All details will be fixed at end of February. As for current - evening will start at ~19:00 in Nemo park http://www.nemo.lv Cars can be left at sleeping places or in the park. Peoples will be transfered after end of party to sleeping places whith buses (self driving in drunk condition will not be allowed). Sleeping in park is also possible but I can't guaranty warmness in cabins.
Party will be closed and guarded. Just invited persons. Invitations can be taken on registration at place also.

Jurmala meeteng
1. 28.04. Welcome and lodging for the night. First introduction to upcoming event. 16.00 - 20.00
2. 29.04. Meeting of participants and registration. 08.30 - 10.00
3. Cruising for breakfast in Jaunkemeri. Café "Neptuns".
4. Cruising to Kauguri - stadium. Dexterity competitions. Vote for cars.
5. Cruising to Dubulti - town square. Vote for cars. Lunch in "Dukats"
6. Dubulti - Str. Baznicas - beach. 30 min. on the beach.
7. Cruising through Dzintari to park "Nemo".
8. On the last cruising cars can be taken to lodging places to be left. Busses will be there.
9. Arriving to park "Nemo". Music. Snacks.
10. Allocutions. Thanks to sponsors. Sponsor's prizes.
11. Line Dancing.
12. Awards on many nominations.
13. Music. Dancing. Snacking.
14. End of party. Busses to the lodging places. 04.00 - 05.00
15. 30.04 Excursion for guests to Riga Motor Museum. 12.00 - 13.00
16. Kisses, farewell, etc.

Fees will be 7LVL (~10EUR) from adults (18+) and 2LVL (~3.4EUR) from children (10+).

For these who will come.

Jurmala 2006.
Foreigner visitors can arrive on evening of April 28 till 9:00am of April 29.
From April 28 to 29 we will offer lodging close to Jurmala in private sector. You have take mattresses and sleeping bags with you.
From April 29 to 30 lodging will be available in place of party - park "Nemo" cabins. For very cold weather condition we will offer the previous place as option.
Starting of event will be on rest place 500m before Jurmala's check point.
The registration will start at 8:00am till 10:00am on April 29.
Leaving the rest place to start cruise is set to 10:30am.
Participation fees will be Ls7 (~10€) from adult. We will take Euros and US dollars as well as Lats. Exchange will be in Lats only on exchange rate set by Bank of Latvia.
After crossing Latvian border please contact organization to coordinate the place of meeting. We will lead you to lodging place. For Russian call +371 9207337 (Dins), for English call +371 941860 (Aris)
