542" Chevrolet with a Keith Black aluminum block, BRC crank, Crower rods, Speed Pro oil pump, J&E pistons, Hellfire rings, Dan Olson oil pan, special Comp Cams roller cam, Jesel belt drive, ATI balancer, Jesel shaft mounted rockers, Smith Bros. pushrods, MSD crank trigger with Programmable Digital 7, Moroso Ultra-40 wires, Dart Pro-1 CNC 335 heads, Dart intake, Pro-Systems 1188 Dominator, and a Universal Spinners air cleaner. The transmission is a G-Force drag racing clutch assisted 5 speed (5th gear is 1:1) with a McLeod Street Twin clutch setup. Out back is a Tom's Differential 1480 rear end kit with offset trailing arms, 3-1/2" x .134 wall half shafts, upper control arms, and frame reinforcers. The exhaust consists of highly modified 2-1/8" Hooker headers with 3-1/2" oval exhaust, Dr.Gas X-Pipe, and Spintech mufflers. I have a Racepak data acquisition system to monitor all the vitals. I use a NOS Double Cross that has been modified and flowed by Jeff Prock at Applied Nitrous. The motor with no nitrous made 838.1 hp on a Depac engine dyno with open headers and 714.4 rwhp / 626.9 rwtq on my DynoJet chassis dyno with full exhaust. Applied delivered the nitrous system with 4 levels. On the lowest setting I made 936.8 rwhp, on the second level I made 1005.11 rwhp, and on the third level I made 1038.26 rwhp. The fourth and final level is a HUGE nitrous and fuel jump over the first three and the rear wheel horsepower ended up at 1192.72! These runs
are with full exhaust connected and exhaust hoses clamped to the exhaust tips and run to the outside of the building - that is why it sounds so quiet on the video. Traction is an extreme problem and with the help of DynoJet I have a method of clamping the car to the dyno to keep it at a minimum.
There is a pile of rubber behind the tires after every run. The only casualty so far is a cracked aluminum flywheel - the center area tried to separate itself from the outer area. I am currently putting together a 632 Big Chief motor for the car with much higher horsepower goals in mind.

Uskumatu mida kõike ei ehitata, nendel tundub see nii lihtne olevat. Ah nüüd proovin 632 Big Chief mootorit oma autole. Just, Like that....

Kapott kapotiks, aga sellel mehel paistab ilmselt ka rahakott püksitaskust kõvasti välja.Nii et juba eemalt näha on.
Ja mõtted liiguvad tahtmatult oma projekti juurde tagasi...Seal veel tegemist küllaga, enne kui auto usaldusväärsena tunduma hakkab.Daily driveri juures on päris hea, kui mootorit ka soojast peast käivitada ikka õnnestub.Või kui näiteks on olemas toimivad amordid,tagaratta kummidel on näha mustrit...
